A non-profit entity supported by Washington Court House City Council and Fayette County Commissioners organized for the purpose of advancing, encouraging, and promoting the industrial, economic, commercial, and civic development of the community. Our primary focus is on facilitating business growth, retaining businesses, creating jobs, and redeveloping vacant properties. CIC’s powers come from the Ohio Revised Code Chapter 1724.

CIC offers small loans typically used to assist with capital purchases. Loan consideration is conducted by the Board of Directors monthly on the third Wednesday at 3:00 pm at the Chamber of Commerce. To be considered, CIC Applications must be complete and be submitted by the 1st Friday of the Month in which it will be considered.
